Q. How long do I have to wait before I can feel the results?

About 1-2 weeks.

The ERGO CHAIR does not work instantly after the first five minutes. It is advisable to begin to sit on the chair at least one hour a day and then gradually building up to longer durations. Don’t forget that this is a chair that promotes dynamic sitting and this means that you exercise your muscles while you sit. This may take time. People who are more physically fit will experience beneficial results sooner.
