How Does Our Ergonomic Office Chair Work?

Most individuals sitting in office chairs assume poor posture resulting in flattening of the lumbar spine an altered head carriage.  Over time this can lead to chronic lower back pain, weak abdominal muscles, and neck problems that often times lead to headaches.

The special design of our Ergonomic Ball Chair makes the perfect ergonomic office chair and the flexible air filled material of the exercise ball enable individuals to support themselves in the best sitting position to relieve and prevent back pain. By using the abdominal muscles to tilt the pelvis, the lumbar spine is flexed and extended until the balanced position of optimal function and stability is reached.  The muscles are then contracted in order to hold the position. This helps the individual to develop the kinesthetic awareness of their neutral position.  Eventually this will become a natural position to attain. The individual is actively in control.
